Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tribute Arena. By using the site you represent that you are an adult and that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We may require age or identity verification before enabling paid or creator features.

The arena is currently a preview. Competitions, standings, tributes, and purchases displayed may be illustrative and are not yet operational. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell a financial product, and points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You may not impersonate others or operate an account on behalf of a suspended user.

Leaders host competitions and followers support them. All participation must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may adjust, pause, or remove any competition to protect users or the integrity of the platform.

When paid features are enabled, purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. We never receive or store your card number, security code, government ID, or banking credentials. Purchases and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the platform. Prohibited content and conduct are described in the Acceptable Use Policy and may result in removal and account termination.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with legal or payment-provider requirements. You may stop using the site at any time.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
